Do you have a couple of extra hours per week or per month? Would you be
interested in volunteering? If you are interested in volunteering your
time to help support the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ottawa Branch,
there are a number of opportunities for which we are actively recruiting
for:

  • Board and Committee Work
  • One-on-one support
  • Fundraising
  • Special Events
  • Health Promotion

Who can volunteer?

For the most part individuals must be 18 years of age or older.

What training do our volunteers receive?

Numerous training opportunities exists. Training is tailored to the
volunteer position.  

What are the benefits for volunteers?

A chance to give back to society, to share your personal skills and
resources. A chance to be part of a dynamic organization. An opportunity
to learn new skills and knowledge.
